The Misunderstood “Fear of the Lord.”

 

In one word, the Fear of the Lord is what “Humility” is all about.

Only one who knows the Lord is one who is a truly Humble person.

“Humility is the fear of the Lord; its wages are riches and honor and life.”

According Prov. 22:4, the true wages of humility are riches, honor and life.

 

True wealth comes as a blessing from the Lord who rewards with true life which is given as honorarium to the well deserving believer who fears and believes God.

 

The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge.

A humble man is one who is like overloaded wheat that bows down by the weight of the grains of heavenly blessings.

 

No one should think that True worship in Spirit and Truth comes naturally to anyone. It comes only to those who Fear the Lord.

 

Knowledge and humility are two faces of the same coin.

A true manifestation of humility, and the fear of the Lord is a capacity to shun evil in all of its forms, definitely, radically and furiously.

 

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son so that whosoever believes in him might not perish but have eternal life.

 

In matters of eternity and infinity, do not think too much but accept it with a childlike faith.

Yes, do not lean in your own understanding but just believe.

Remember that it is by Grace and through Faith and these are not of yourself but they are the Gift of God.

 

So, no one should Glory.
