Jesus has promised not to judge me!

 

I just met my doctor and he thinks that I am the most courageous man he ever met.

I did not lose a heartbeat to tell him that it was the childlike belief in Jesus who said the following to me - even today in the “Verse of the Day.”

 

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.”  John 5:24.

 

You see in the news everyday those who cross the Rio Grande into the USA in search of “Heaven on Earth.”

 

I have been there but “Heaven is not There.”

Heaven is where Jesus is and I am going there not hesitantly but like a child to his real great Christmas.

 

For me “To live is Christ and to die is Gain.”

 

Dear Lord, I beg you to just let me put my house in order and please take home by your strong Right Hand.

Once again, my dear Lord, hear it from my dying lips: “I am in front of your altar ready to keep on plowing or ready to be sanctified.  Ready for Either”

 

This has nothing to do with courage but with child-like belief and with the gift of faith which you have given me so generously.

 

I love you Lord and thank you for loving me first.
