His name is Jesus.

 

“She will give birth to a son. You will name him Jesus. Give him that name because he will save his people from their sins.”  Matthew 1:21.

 

“Give me Jesus, give me Jesus, and give me Jesus… you can have the entire world but give me Jesus.”

 

President Abraham Lincoln was asked after the Civil War was over:

“What do we do with the South?” We will treat them as if they never left!

 

If people are blind for lack of light, then only the little light of ours will give them enough light to see and be cured of their blindness. You will not understand what I just said unless you have once been blind in the darkness of Sin.

The gospel is a gospel of Grace from beginning to end.

 

With sadness I have learned that some people do not want to see me anymore.

By vocation I have always pursued justice to the last extent of the law.

 

Because of Jesus my nature has changed so that even my vocation has been altered to the point that grace has drowned to death the legalist in me. I am determined to treat my enemys as if they never left the warmth of my wings.

 

To preach the gospel for me will require more than words only. People around me are in need to see the Gospel and not only hear the gospel.

 

On this Holy Night it is easy for me to say what I will do tomorrow, but when tomorrow comes it will be hard not to call those angels already with drawn swords to come to deliver me. That is when you come into the picture as my intercessors joining your prayers next to the Prayers of Jesus.

 

When Jesus was tempted … he resisted temptation and Angels came to serve him. In the same way “Angels” will come to serve me in my time of need.

Be sure of one thing … today mine is the pain … and mine will be the crown.

 

As the grandfather of my Simeon Osman I long for the consolation of Israel and that is Jesus the Savior. Jesus has forgiven me not only the bulk of my sins from the past but the present and future sins. Sin in the life of a believer is there to be forgiven. If you find it hard to forgive you must not pray the Lord’s Prayer.

 

I thank the Holy Child of Bethlehem for giving me a beautiful girl who is the wife of her husband …Jesus. Thank you so much for being my inspiration and for holding my hands and never leaving me by the side of the road.
