Who is a true Catholic?

I am the true Catholic as I am known in my country !

If believing in Mary qualifies you to become a catholic…then I am a true catholic as I am known in my country. Why do you say "a true Catholic"?...you may ask?

To believe in someone is not to believe in their existence, but in his or her ideas.

Mary the mother of Jesus never asked to be treated as equal to God the Father or even equal to her Son to whom she called “My Lord and my savior.”

To believe in Mary is to obey her one and only commandment, which was stated in Canaan when the wine ran out during the wedding. Jesus was introduced by Mary as the one to whom we all should go in such times when need arises.

People reported to Mary in a pre-Catholic predisposition as in a wrong prayer group where Mary corrected them on the spot. Mary stated her great commandment to the servants by saying: “Do whatever Jesus tells you to do.” So, it was written and so it should be done.

Mary uses the word “do” in the imperative form of the verb. That makes the words of Mary a commandment. To me this is the commandment of Mary and that is “to do whatever Jesus tells us to do.” To be a true believer, a mother and a brother and a sister of Jesus is to believe and do whatever Jesus has said.

The great commission of Jesus is asking his followers to go and make disciples all over the world by teaching them everything he has said.

The words of Mother Mary in Canaan, the words of Jesus in the Great Commission and the words of God the Father on the mountain of transfiguration are one and the same thing. It is to listen to Jesus and focus on everything that Jesus taught them and nothing more and nothing less.

The church of Jesus is Catholic. That means it’s universal. The center of the church is Jesus the Christ of God. Mary never competed with Jesus. Mary loved and respected Jesus, she sought to honor and glorify Jesus always.

He who loves God must obey God. He who loves Jesus must obey Jesus. He who loves Mary must obey Mary and the command of Mary which is "to do" whatever Jesus tells us to do. This was food for thought.

No one who is the mother of a doctor will take her son’s patients as her patients just because the Doctor is her son.

In the same way, a sick person does not go to the mother of a doctor but to the doctor. They love Mary no less than those who go to God in the name of the Son of Mary. To honor Mary is to love and obey Mary’s commandment. There is only one mediator between God and Men and that is Jesus the Lord.

PS. The Mother superior of the Convent in Peru asked me to talk to the nuns in their private chamber about Jesus. (Secretly) She told them” “I love when Mr. Gutierrez talks to us about Jesus.”

The following pictures are of me arranging the name of Jesus with flowers in Calcutta India over Mother Teresa's Tombstone, with the help of the Sisters of Charity.
