Words of warning for those who find easy to walk away.

“Walk away”

 

To walk away is a willful act of a person walking away from another person. 

To walk away is an act of separation.

To walk away is an act or renunciation of a possible destiny for another.

To walk away is to part ways.

To walk away means that one was walking with another and that is no more the case.

To walk away is to divorce.

 

Is divorce that simple and easy? Who is right and who is wrong in divorce? 

The one who walks away is in the wrong because two walk together on the basis of agreement and the one who walks away is breaking an agreement.

Every association is built around a covenant.

The plates on the scale of association are even the day the covenant is formed.

The soul of one rests on one plate and the soul of the other rests on the other plate.

Nothing else is on the plates of the scales of justice but self.

 

Therefore, the one that walks away off of the plate of a Just scale is the one who walks away from the protective custody of right and fair. Justice is not the author of evil, sin, disgrace or injustice.

The unbiased blindfolded lady justice holds the scale in perpetuity without conflict of interest. When the great felony of betrayal occurs, the protective custody of the scale in the hands of justice is with the one who stays on the plate of the scale and not with the one who walks away.

The one who walks away from a Covenant, walks away to an unknown destiny created in only his or her mind.

 

Apart from the plate of the kingdom of God and his righteousness there is nothing but a free fall to complete darkness and agony without comfort that is farther and farther away from God and all that is light, life and love.  To the wandering eyes it is easy to walk away but impossible to return. 

A word of caution for those who by faith in the resurrection of Jesus and the lordship of Christ have already been placed on the plate of the scale of the redeemed.  Do not say, “This is America, this is a free world and you can walk away anytime and as you please.” 

 

No, my beloved, the protective custody of the redeemed is the inheritance of the redeemed in the church where you believe the spirit of Jesus reigns.  Remember Jesus who left 99 to go in the search of one lost sheep. So, you too must be like Jesus who rejoices in his tender mercies and gracious compassion for the sick, meek and weak souls. Might our Lord Jesus himself give you understanding.  This is a warning to unbelievers. John  8:44  "You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies."

PS. Thank God I had five nights of good sleep on a soft mattress so that even my mind feels clear to think. I am also grateful for fresh food so lovingly donated and gratefully consumed. According to my Doctor and dietitian, I had anemia and Iron deficiency and other serious chemical unbalances due to many months of diarrhea and lack of discipline in proper food intake.
