Do not Pray...!

“Do not pray...but if you must...then ...pray right.”

 

Man’s problem is not with prayer but with “praying.”

Somehow there is a divorce between prayer and praying.

 

Before anyone prays, he must examine his or her heart as to whether they believe in prayer and believe what they are about to pray is a prayer worth God’s ears.

In other words: Faith and prayer must go United together as the two faces on the same coin. Just as a coin is a coin because it has two faces, so Prayer does not exist without Faith.

 

It is better not to pray than to pray wrong. 

 

At least if you do not pray you do not live in the expectation of the result. But if you pray wrong you live in expectation of something that is not going to happen which will result in discouragement and frustration.

NOTHING discourages the one who prays more than the lack of answers to their prayers. In the same way, nothing encourages more the one who prays than the answer to their prayer.

 

Therefore, do not pray...but if you must, ...then, pray right.

 

Above all, take Jesus at his word and pray in a childlike manner. Ask God like a Son asks a father in trust, and in confident boldness. Do not forget that though you are poor, God is rich and generous with limitless supplies.

 

Faith honors God more than we can imagine on this side of heaven.

Our poverty is from his hands as the lure to attract us back to himself.

Remember that God is the one who wounds as well as the one who heals.

God our Lord is the blessed controller of all things and nothing escapes his sovereignty.

 

A little sparrow does not fall from its nest without God being fully aware...in the same way not a single hair from your head falls to the ground unbeknownst to him. You are more important to God than many sparrows.

 

This was your early bird on duty in search of juicy worms to feed you as breakfast in bed.
