Gerry Gutierrez' Update

An update to my family and friends.

Happy Birthday “Je”

What we really celebrate at Christmas is Jehovah the Lord God becoming a man, the savior of the world.

“Jehovah” becoming a “Zoe.” God becoming the savior.  “Je” plus “sus” is Jesus.

That is the Gospel in a magnificent and minimum expression. Christmas is the invisible God who no one has seen or can see making himself visible in baby boy Jesus.

"Jehovah" the invisible and "savior" the visible. Jehovah is the name but Savior is his title. In Jesus the name and the title blend beautifully in one that is God-Savior as Jesus.  There is no other name under heaven given to man by which one can be saved but in Jesus’ name we have God and Savior as one and the same thing in one person.

“Je” in “sus” is the gift of God himself to humanity. Jehovah in Jesus is one and the same thing. Jesus “is” his name and there is no other I Am.

I myself was in holy fear and excitement when I first came to know the Lord, so I named my first-born son of the covenant as Nathaniel before he was even born.

“Nathan” means gift and “El” comes from Elohim. Nathaniel means “Gift of God”.

I welcomed Nathaniel into my life as a gift of God to me and he has been his name. I did this in the hope of my son becoming his name. A man “is” his name.

Jesus is also Emanuel that means God with us.  Jesus is God. Jesus means God savior. The

Lord saves. Jehovah is the savior. Yahweh is Zoë.

A word of caution: “If you have found God apart from Jesus, that which you have found is anything but God.” If your church speaks about God but not Jesus, neither God nor Jesus is present.

Today I am recuperating from total anesthesia and after a serious procedure that cleared me from cancer to the stomach.

Friday, Saturday and Monday and tomorrow Wednesday is dialysis that I hate.

Please pray that the Lord heals me or forgives me but for sure gives me enough time to put my house in order.

After two days of fasting and angel of the Lord sent me the most delicious soup I have eaten in a long time and I am retaining my liquids.

As you can see, I have some energy and I am very happy to celebrate the Birthday of “Je.”  I am also sending a picture of the Ten Gutierrez in Tacoma.

Please have a blessed Christmas and a wonderful New Year in the knowledge of Jesus the visible “God and Savior.”

Gerry Gutiérrez.
