“Jesus Said: “This, then, is how you should pray”

“Our Father who art in Heaven” # 8

 

Jesus is said to be the Son of God. 

That affirmation cost him His life.

 

To say that one is the Son of God is to make oneself equal to God. 

 

It is great blasphemy if that affirmation is not true. 

But if that affirmation is true it is the greatest blessing.

To see God incarnated in a person is to see God. 

Not to believe in Jesus as the Son of God is the unforgivable sin. 

The sin against a believer is to not recognize the life of God in Him. 

 

Our Lord says: “I will bless those who bless you. 

And I will curse those who curse you” 

No matter what the price may be, a believer must be willing to pay it for repeating after Jesús that there is a God and he is: “Our father in Heaven.”

 

That is our confession. That is our Title. That is our degree. That is our credential. That is what we are. That is our definition and not merely our description. That is your testimony to a dying world.

 

We are to proclaim God as our Father in Heaven even at the cost of our lives.

Jesus is said to be the Son of God and they killed him for that reason.

 

Jesus died so we can freely pray: “Our Father who art in Heaven”
