Leaders have the same first name.

 

Only those who know how to follow are truly leaders.

Dictators are not leaders, neither are they followers. 

 

If ideas and ideals keep people in togetherness then all you have is a congregation and not a Church. The Church is People united in Jesus. 

 

Leaders and followers share the same worldview.

Without a shared vision the people perish. In order to lead and walk together the most indispensable ingredient is “agreement.”

Can two people walk together unless they agree? Amos 3:3 No!

 

The Biblical concept of authority is Pyramidal with Jesus on top holding all Power and authority which is entrusted or given to him by God.

 

A man has power and authority only in direct proportion of his being under power and authority not of his own but from God who is the inventor and creator of authority not as a concept but as a person namely Jesus.

 

There is a name under heaven before whom every knee shall bow down and every tongue shall confess that he is Lord and that is “Jesus.” There is no other.

 

A dictator who has the life of millions in his hand to dispose after the counsel of his own will, is not a leader but a tyrant, an impostor, a usurper, a true bully. And above all a false Messiah therefore an Anathema.

 

Jesus is the leader assigned by God to lead the flock of God home to the father.

There is no other leader from God but Jesus who is the only way to God by death and resurrection. He leads from ahead, the front, and not from behind.

Jesus earned his name as the leader from God by following and obeying God.

 

Jesus is the example of leadership by following the word and will of God.

The first name of a true leader is, “Follower.”

 

If in your heart of hearts you are not a follower of the truth as a PERSON, that is JESUS who said I AM THE TRUTH, then you are only a raised Christian persuaded by ideals and ideas. You are not converted and transformed by the power of him who transformed water into wine by converting a sinner into a Saint.

 

Examine your heart and see if you are a follower of a person or a follower of an idea or ideal that no matter how appealing it might be, it is just an idea not a person.

 

The world is divided in two groups, those who love and follow Jesus and those who do not love and follow Jesus. As radical and as intolerant as it might sound it is proper to say what scripture says so clearly.

 

“HE WHO DOES NOT GATHER WITH JESUS, SCATTERS WITHOUT JESUS.”

 

Without Jesus as the WAY to God there is no following.

Without Jesus as the TRUTH, there is no knowing God and therefore there is no LIFE because Jesus said I am the Life. Whatever your last name might be, your first name if you belong to Jesus it should be “FOLLOWER OF JESUS.”

 

Make sure that your conversion is sure and that you are not a religious person deceiving and self-deceiving. Jesus the follower of God came as a little baby boy to lead us to the Father and make us a leader by following.

 

The leader of the cross-country runners go ahead of the pack in the forest leaving behind bright red ribbons tied visible in the branch of trees as markers and signs of the way to safely follow the leader.

 

Might the star of Bethlehem once again lead you to Jesus afresh.
