Gerry Gutierrez' Update

The conception of the inconceivable. Greetings!

On top of my list of inconceivable things is the “conception of Jesus” by a young beautiful virgin called Mary. “How could it be that thou my God became a little boy?”

Jesus seems to be answering this question long before we were able to think and even articulate such a question when he said:

“With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”

Forgive me Lord but unless I dive into the deep, deep love of Jesus with the intention to die by drowning in the love of God in Jesus, I am doomed to die in darkness without hope of revelation.

Practically speaking, I am as blind as Bartimaeus if you do not open my eyes to the beauty of God in baby Jesus. Unless I die to my way of thinking I will only be able to hear about Jesus but never see or hear Jesus himself.

Should I be as blessed as Bartimaeus in finding grace in your eyes Lord, I would ask of thee only one thing dear Lord, “I want to see you in baby Jesus Lord.” “I want faith to become the sight Lord.”

Open my eyes afresh my God “I want to see the invisible God, maker of heaven and earth in the baby boy of Bethlehem.” How can it be that thou my God should come for me?” (Let me lift a prayer.)

Open my eyes Lord.

Let the inconceivable God make out of my heart and mind, soul and strength his dwelling place.

Let me be pregnant by Jesus so that I might in turn make Jesus visible to my generation.

Be my personal Emanuel dear Lord that I might make you visible as I drown in the deep deep love of Jesus.

I want to say out loud and in clean conscience “Death is gain...Praise God Death is gain.”

I want to die in the flesh in the deep, deep love of Jesus and resurrect to the full knowledge of the inconceivable almighty and invisible God.

Glory to God in the highest and peace on earth over men in whom his favor rests.

Might this Christmas season our eyes be open to see not only the star of Bethlehem on the horizon but also to see God in baby Jesus.

Might this Christmas be a truly “Merry Christmas and the year to come a joyful one.

Jesus the Savior has come.!!
