Your Sunday Coffee
my friend.
“Nobody
gets away with murder.”
Dear friends,
Last Sunday I asked the whole church to pray for me as I am planning to go to
the mission field on my own and do ministry in a “tent making capacity” as a
word and deed ministry.
My week was packed with all kinds of surprises. I survived the week sustained by my
studies on Matthew 21.
This Sunday morning I discovered that I did not send you one of the seven
letters that our Lord inspired me to write to you.
I will tittle it:
“Nobody gets away with murder.”
The Lord “IS” and there “IS” no other.
The Lord “IS” Sovereign.
The Lord “IS” the blessed controller of all things.
The Lord cannot be mocked.
The Lord always prevails.
Therefore no one should think in his or her heart to get away with murder that
starts with the lack of love for their neighbor.
In the Vineyard of the Lord there are only tenants and workers
entrusted for a period of time to rent and share the fruits of the vineyard at
harvest time with the owner.
It is foolish to think that the distance of the owner of the
vineyard and the tenants as safe enough to mistreat the servants of the Lord
and get away with murder.
The prophetic word for our time is, “Nobody gets away with murder
in the vineyard of the Lord.”
Those that kill God’s servants and Son are wretched and will come to a wretched
end.
The rejection of the servants of God is rejection of God.
The rejection of Jesus is rejection of God himself.
God builds with what man rejects and that is “Marvelous” as Jesus
says quoting Psalm 118:22-23.
Beware to stumble in Jesus, for you will be broken to pieces.
Be terrified of Jesus falling on you, for you will be smashed.
God is not Benjamin Spock the father of the permissive society. Neither is God
an Ogre being controlled with chains by angelical being from coming to destroy
men in his anger.
God is Love and God is just.
If the love of God does not conquered your heart into voluntary
submission and agreement with his will, then let the Justice of God cause you
to fear
and be terrified enough that you have no option but to run to his arms for
mercy praying to yourself. “Even if
he kills me I will trust in Him.”
Pardon my straightforwardness my friends, the times are evil and I cannot keep
silence even though my “expressions are awkward.”
Again, do not throw the baby with the bathwater.
Jesus is coming and coming soon. Please read Matthew 21:33-46.
This was your Sunday morning coffee from your waiter on duty.
