Gerry Gutierrez' Update
Please read it ASAP today!! “Urgent.” Flintstone, GA. - June 28, 2019. To
the attention of the Rev. Nathaniel Gutierrez and the Rev. Doug McNutt. General Assembly in
Dallas Texas. ‟A Prophecy.” “It is not
“like the law”, it is “The Law.”
“Just as
humility comes before exaltation, so pride comes before the fall”. It is one thing
to come out of the closet without a fig leaf, but it is a different thing to
forget to blush and brag about what one knew to be wrong all of life.
I love Lionel Messi as the best soccer player not only of the world but of history. The greatness of Leo Messi is that in the moment that he score his goals, he
never forgets to thank God with both index finger extended toward heaven as if
trying to see if Jesus is smiling at him from the Right hand of the Father. There is no one
alive who is more famous and admired by young people around the world with genuine
choice more than Leo Messi. To make sure that honor
and glory is given to God in Jesus, Leo Messi has
tattooed the face of Jesus in the visible parts of his body. There is a soccer
player in the US women’s soccer team that has recently came out of the closet
and has gratuitously insulted the Vice-President Mike Pence and has maked fun of his faith in Jesus. Yesterday this
woman has arrogantly announced that once they win the World Cup of soccer, she
is planning not to attend the White House for the celebration because she also
hates President Donald Trump with passion. This woman
reminds me of another woman athlete who was supposed to be a sure champion of
the Winter Olympics who also announced in great pride and arrogance that once
she won the Winter Olympics, she would not attend the White House for the
celebration. Right there and right then I knew that she was breaking the law of
God with her pride and arrogance. That put her under the curse of the law of
the verse that says:
“Pride comes before the
fall.” This woman lost
the Winter Olympics and in her pride she was humiliated. In the same way
miss “R” a player from the US women’s soccer team has put herself and the US soccer
team under the curse of the law of the word of God. “Pride comes before
the fall.” Prophecy for some
is “guessing” the future. According to scripture prophecy is “to set” the
future and to say, “It will be so and in no other way.” Men of God in the
past prophesied saying, “Thus says the Lord.” and it came to pass. Nowadays the
Cannon of the Scriptures is closed and prophesy has
been capture within the scriptures with the seal of God’s own words that says,
“Heaven and earth will pass away but the word of God will never pass away.” “The
grass withers, the flower falls, but the word of the Lord endures for ever.” Today’s prophecy
is rooted within the word of God and comes out alive and relevant when by faith
and in childlike manner men of God dares to make fools of themselves
by “prophesying in the following terms.” “From what I know of God and
his laws this will happen or that will happen and it could not be any other
way.” As much as I hate
to be the bearer of bad news, I believe on the basis of my knowledge of God and
the mind of Jesus that this year in Paris the US Women’s Soccer team will not
be the champions even though the US team are defending champions and are
favorites to win as they have been winning several times before the World Cup
Championship. At least not
while the openly arrogant miss “R” plays the game. It could not be any other
way and that not because “it is like a law” but because “It is the Law.”
I am not a
prophet nor am I a son of a prophet, but I believe in the “Law of God.” And
that makes me a prophet. Dear Nathaniel
and Doug, I thought it proper to write this to you before it happens so you
might be for me as the witnesses of a witness of Jesus in a childlike manner. Should it not
happen as predicted, please do not worry about me. I am overdue for a good bath
of humility and humiliation in my journey to be humble and meek like our Lord
Jesus, so help me God. My secret prayer
is that the three of us might bond as Peter, James and John in Jesus and dare
to change the world in our time and in the agreement and oneness in Jesus
without whom we are powerless to change the world. “Let us pray and
Play to the end until we resume our fellowship with Jesus in the play pen of
the garden at the cool of the day.” Gerry Gutierrez. Photos: Huanta, Peru; with Doug Coe; in San Diego, CA; Gerry and
