Gerry Gutierrez' Update
From the Prayer
Traffic Controller on Duty ...a report from Margoth in Lima. Dear prayer partners and friends, In the usual fashion the Consulate of the USA in Lima has done
what they think is their duty and that is to deny the visa to Margoth on the basis of their impersonal policies that
focuses on denying applicants for non-immigrant visas who apply for the first
time who want to come to the USA legally. My daughter Margoth
filled the forms with the help of professionals and paid the fees for the interview,
only to be handed over a "Impersonal Form"
of denial of visa. I am enclosing a copy for your prayers and
information. [see below] When my Ruthie was sick, Doug Coe called Senator Nelson from
Florida to intercede with the US Embassy in Lima. At that time my daughter in
Law Janett and her three children were immediately
granted passports and visas and were able to come within the next 24 hours and
were able to say their good byes to Ruthie. Doug Coe is with the Lord but someone greater than Doug is next to
the Lord God the Father and I want you to joining me in prayer that the
Embassy might call once again to Margoth and grant
her visa to come to help me for six month or less. My situation is such
that I would need to move to Peru to be helped there which
by far is what I would prefer since there is no room for ministry in the inn
for me here. But moving would be very expensive. Here I stand like a Prayer Traffic Controller ready for either so
help me God. Your Gerry
Gutierrez. The
following is a letter from Margoth after her visa was
denied. Translation into English.
