Gerry Gutierrez' Update

"Christmas Lawsuit" - The soon approaching day in the court.!

“Litigation.”

“We are in the midst of a lawsuit.”

Once I was a defendant now I am a witness ever ready to testify regardless of its consequence. I cannot but stand up as a witness of Jesus and his daily transforming love, power and grace.

In a way I have been sequestered out of my country and live alone under a witness protection program of Jehovah God “The Ultimate Supreme Judge of Heaven and Earth.”

Lately you might have noticed a degree of intensity in the “Proceedings”, that is because I am under the conviction that we are fast approaching “the last days” and sinners like me are being called to testify before the “closing arguments”.

Our sovereign God does not need me as a witness because he is Just and Fair and the preponderance of the evidence is overwhelming and duly memorialize with paper trials and record books in heaven that there not a chance for anyone tampering with the evidences.

There will be no need to bring a dash camcorder or a body camera from the police officer or against the police officers because the all seeing eyes of the Lord the omnipotent God has seen every traffic stop and heard every conversation including every thought and intention good or bad.

These days everyone seems to cry for justice from his or her point of view. Justice they asked and they might get it and not like it at all.

God brought in Jesus the leading attorney to lead justice into victory.

Jesus at his coming has lead justice into victory by being the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world in God’s terms.

The great news that you must and should celebrate this Christmas is that your case has been already judged and executed in Jesus and his cross.

The judgment day for the believer is a day of great relief and peace and joy because all our debts to the law have been already paid in full by Jesus and to the satisfaction of the Father. “This is my son whom I love, in him I am well please. Listen to him.”

Salvation is by grace but our status in heaven is by works of obedience predetermined before hand that we might walk in them.

Fear not the judgment day my brother because it is not for us the condemnation because we have been already sentenced to eternal life with and in Jesus.

To put your mind at rest let me remind you that even according to the law of the land of the living, you are not to be prosecuted again for the same crime because that would be “Double Jeopardy”.

The judge is also our father and there will be no miss trial in his court.

According your “Miranda rights” you have the right to remain silent before the serpent, because anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Do not give foothold to the Devil.

You have the right for an attorney and if you cannot afford one the Lord will provide one in the person of his own son Jesus.

My only question to you my brothers is, “Do you understand your rights” according to the Gospel of grace of Jesus?

If you understand, you must know that, “You are not detained and you are free to Go” to testify as witness of Jesus of his love and grace.

If anyone wants to silence you by “gag order” never mind.

Speak and speak freely, not one minute at a time, it is your “constitutionally protected right to speak freely”.

Let the bullies who want to keep you silent “walk the walk of shame” blushing at their own folly.

Jesus has spoken, you need not to speak your own message but repeat the sounding sound as you make echo of his voice.

You are indeed in a lawsuit and in an air tight case that knows the end from the beginning.

Be bold this Christmas as you contemplate with the eyes of faith and mind at baby Jesus as you lawyer and friend and Son of God the Judge of his universe who came to take you case.

I rest my case today my honorable brothers and friend members of the Royal Family of God than includes the jurors.
