“Never offer help unless you mean it and you can help.”
My left side as sick as it is and still not in reconciliation with the right
side of my body, it still is part of my body, therefore mine and mine alone.
It will do its best to try to collaborate with my right side to help to change
my underwear and keep me clean for the common good of the whole body.
Outside of the help from nurses as “healthy and strong” as they might be and are
really willing to offer help, but in reality cannot help because they are not
as interested in my body as the member of my own body are with one another. There
is no way they could be as interested to help as my own members.
In the same way in the body of Christ, the weak and sinful members
of the body as sick and weak as they are they will try do their best to help by
their prayers by joining their feeble or strong prayers to the true strong
prayer of Jesus and things will happen not because of the strength of the
strong or the collaboration of the week but by the strong leadership of the
head of the body who is Jesus. Without the name of Jesus and his intercessory
prayers our human efforts will be as futile as the piglets sucking for milk to
their already lifeless slaughtered mother pig.
In my case I have been angry against those who can help but they do not help
but play games at doing exactly the contrary. People that forget that they are
not God and cannot give that which only God can do are usurpers of the glory of
God.
Religious help will never be as helpful as the help of a fellow believer
because no matter how weak and sick we are in the flesh we are still related by
birth to one another and in the same body, while religion and the religious as
strong as healthy as they are they do not belong the brotherhood of the
believers and are not related to the same body by birth or rebirth.
Today is my second day in therapy and thanks to your prayers great and small I
want to share my report card with you. I am now qualify to feed myself, I have
learned to manage the art of standing and walking few steps with walkers
and wheelchair right behind me and two nurses. I get extremely and strangely
tired in short order and even forget to breathe as I exercise. If we have a
name of what is happening to me now it would be, “The pilgrims progress in his
home stretch.”
My under age twelve group of prayer partners and my over Fifty “Toddler
friends” have come to visit and pray for me and those who by distance could not
come have written encouraging notes that for me it is only proper to report to
you “OUR” progress.
I am where I am not by accident but by sovereign designed of God for his will
to fulfill as I am a salesman of prayer as in F=PW2. Healthy or sick we must
reconcile with God and with each other in God in other to pray.
Faith is equal to Prayer under the Will and Word of God which
leads a believer into alignment with God that ends in oneness with God where
all power and authority resides and is limitlessly available to do greater
things but only for the will and glory of God. Gods will for us it to joyfully
live a life praying continuously, and give thanks always for all our
circumstances. For that we must practice Faith as equal to prayer under the
will and word of God. F=PW2
We must understand that Faith as “taking Jesus at his word in a
‟childlike manner” and take prayer as “agreeing with God” and equal to
faith under the Will of God as revealed in scripture.
This equation with bring us into alignment with God that leads into oneness
with the Lord Almighty and once in oneness God the pure joy is always ours and
to pray continuously becomes part of our nature and we will peaceful lives
thankful of all our circumstances.
More than Evangelism, the visible church of Jesus needs “Prayerful
discipleship.” Why should we call people for more of the same when among the
members we only live in the togetherness of a congregation and not in the sweet
unity and oneness of the Church based in true reconciliation and agreement as
one and having all things a prayer away? Value the members of the body of
Christ that as sick and full of blemish and wrinkles and spots as they are;
they are still the body and the bride of Jesus.
Let us pray together in oneness and help me to rehab at the speed
of light to resume the ministry our Lord has entrusted to me to see to it that
his House is known an the House of prayer and not just as a place of cosy togetherness where information and instruction is
coming back out of our ears but very little of “teaching them to obey
everything Jesus taught.”
Motivating people is not the order of the day. Let us not move forward until we
live in direct proportion of what we have already attained. Why should we eat
more when we are not digesting that which we have eating already? Healthy or
sick, let us agree together in true reconciliation with the mind of Jesus as he
restore HIS body and brings health to our paralysis. We are not meant to depend
on doctors or religious people but to live in the freedom and health purchased
by Jesus in the cross. By his strips we are healed.
We need each other as I need my both legs and arms but we need more Jesus the
head and brain of the body connected by the Holy Spirit.
Only Jesus offers help and does help because he is the creator of his body and
also because he can help and is willing to help now to all who call him.
Dear Jesus help us to believe that which we say to believe for your own names
sake. We are your house dear Lord. We are the sheep of
your pastures, we belong to you as the members of the
body belong to the head. We are of Jesus created to be loved.
