Gerry Gutierrez' Prayer Letter & Update
Dear praying friends; Two weeks ago the Doctor said: We have a lot of work here. After the abscessed tooth we extracted heals, we will work for 5 weeks. We will extract a total of seven teeth. "Are you sure there is no other option?" (I asked). He said "If you were my father I would recommend that to him as well." "This too is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it". I am looking forward to the end result in less than two months. I just miss my favorite chauffeur in the waiting room. We have done this many times taken turns for almost forty years. Today the Doctor will extract four molars at 11:00 AM without total anesthesia. He said not to have the equipment. This too is part of our Lords Perfect Will that must be done. Part and parcel of the making of a man of God. I will drive myself and hope that Caleb will bring me back during his lunch break. It is good to have them not far from here. Since my Ruthie can not hold my hands, I thought you should; by your prayers; even though the physical pain is the least of my concerns. But I thought it was a great opportunity to be pampered with a little bit of love by those who are PART of the SAME BODY to which we belong as believers. In Jesus our sufficient and ever loving Lord and Savior. Gerry Gutierrez
